VETERAN SECURITY deploys trained security professionals to the prospective new client. The senior management staff institutes its customized training program utilizing a training video, which is filmed directly on site. The training tools will be available for future contract terms. All officers receive the identical training for specific site needs.

Officers follow the specifications and conditions set forth by the prospective client. The training manual duplicates the context, in regards to reports, incident reports, restrictions, etc.

The officers are responsible for maintaining the appearance of the guard booth or assigned area. Officers take pride in their assigned post. Cleanliness is very important; officers are responsible for canvassing the site for problems at the commencement and termination of each scheduled shift.

Officers communicate via cellular radio phones with the appropriate agency in the event of an emergency. Officers check in with an officer supervisor at the commencement and termination of each schedule shift. Reports of incidents are immediate cause for notification. Daily reviews are conducted by Patrol Supervisors and the Quality Control Supervisor.

Bilingual officers are assigned when and where needed.
