~SECURITY OFFICER'S GOAL~

Compliance to Mission Statement

Adherence to all federal and state laws that are applicable to SECURITY OFFICERS in the state of  California.

Listen to and properly address each concern of prospective clients.  Set conditions and terms.

As contracted, establish written procedures for post general orders and special directives.

Provide licensed security officers, properly trained, appropriately uniform attired, and professional in performance of all assigned duties.

Observe and report.

Write accurate, legible, Daily Activity Reports (DAR).

Maintain a safe and secure workplace environment by completing daily Hazard Report(s), and  making notification reports.

Communicate openly with clients.

Record and resolve minor issues in a professional, timely manner, and list all pertinent facts of each  major event on and Incident Report.

Periodically evaluate security procedures and officer performance with client representative(s).

Obtain necessary approval prior to posting revisions, implementation, or change of guard.
